The Rise of Azov's Gen. Andriy Biletskiy
In a January public opinion survey, the leading Ukrainian sociological polling agency, KIIS, asked respondents to state whether or not they trusted certain political figures. As has been the trend for over a year Valeriy Zaluzhny led with 72 percent stating they trusted him, and HUR chief and new head of the Office of the President Kyryll Budanov placed second with a trust rating of 70 percent. Ukrainian leader Volodomyr Zelenskiy is trusted by 62 percent. Tied for fourth are commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Gen’ Oleksandr Syrskiy and actor, screenwriter, and war charity foundation founder Serhei Prytula at 46 percent.
